By confirming a booking at Magpie Sands, guests agree to the following: Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

Property Use
Magpie Sands is a private holiday home for registered guests only. Parties, events, and additional visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
Downstairs-Only Accommodation
This booking is for the downstairs area of the property only. The upstairs level remains unoccupied.
Care of Property
Guests agree to take reasonable care of the property and its contents. Any damage, breakages, or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.
Noise & Neighbours
Please respect neighbouring properties. Excessive noise is not permitted, particularly between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
Smoking
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted on the property.
Liability
Magpie Sands accepts no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the stay. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
